Abstract
|
|
|
Two rare case of trigeminal neurinoma are reported. They are rare only 3% of acoustic neurinoma.
The tumor more commonly arises in the ganglion forming a predominantly middle fossa mass.
The other cases it arises behind the ganglion on the root and project into the posterior fossa.
We have also experienced two type trigeminal neurinoma, gasserian ganglion and root type.
Pertinent literature is reviewed and discussed depending on our cases.
